The resort comprises 2 bedroom units sleeping 6 with double bed, twin beds and double pull down sofa. The modern Scandinavian style lodges are comfortably furnished and are all equipped with a full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, television and video. All units are centrally heated. Onsite facilities include a restaurant, bar, fully equipped health club and a widerange of sporting facilities. A refundable deposit is required at check-in and there is a utility fee payable for electricity. Check-in is at 4pm, if arriving late please contact the resort in advance. Owners at the resort are allowed to take pets into their own units. However, exchange guests are not permitted to take pets into the resort.

At roundabout follow A16 signed Boston, then A157 to Mabelthorpe, Resort is signed on the right. FROM NORTH:From M62 or A1 takeM18 to Scunthorpe, exit jnct 5 M180. Exit at Jnct 5 and follow signs for Humberside airport on A18 to Ludborough. Turn right onto A16 Louth and follow ringroad taking A157 to Mablethorpe. Resort is signposted after A16 Boston exit from the ringroad.
