All 3BR units OCC: Max 8/8 have 2 king beds, 1 queen sleep sofa, 2 twin beds & 3.5 baths (the tub includes jets). This unit has 4 TV's (one big screen), washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a full kitchen. All units are air-conditioned. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, and a queen sleep sofa. (Both bedrooms are upstairs.) This unit includes 2 and 1/2 baths as well as a fullkitchen with microwave and washer/ dryer. 1BR lock-out units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 are 390 sq.ft. The occupancy is The units have 1 king bed. One full bath (the bathtub has jets) and a mini kitchen. The unit is air-conditioned and has a washer/dryer. There are many stairs leading to the units. A refundable security deposit will be required at check-in. The handicapped unit is a Saturday check in.
