Many Ocean Pines units have a beautiful ocean view or sound view. Other units have a view of the court or the swimming pool. In addition, each unit has air- conditioning, fireplace, television, dishwasher and microwave. Some units also include a whirlpool spa. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 1/2 baths, 1 double bed and 1 double sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 double bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. No pets are allowed. Camping vehicles arenot permitted on the property. A deposit of US$100 (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover or check) is required. To enjoy the area fully, it is recommendedthat you have a car. Any unit will have at least one flight of stairs to enter the unit. Some buildings have more than one floor and there are no elevators. Resort is unable to accomodate unit upgrades or changes. Resort enforces 25 year age requirement during the months of February - April.

Directions

The nearest major airport is Norfolk Airport, about 79 miles away. From the airport, take I-64 E to Rte 168 South Continue on Rte 168 to Hwy 158 towards Kitty Hawk. When you cross the Wright Memorial Bridge, get in your left hand lane and go to the fifth stop light. Turn left on Rte 12N and go approximately 8 miles to Barrier Island Station on the right side of the road. Check in at Owner Services. You will be given directions after checking in to the resort. The resort itself is about 2 miles north on Rte 12.
