Each Eastwood at Provincetown unit is air-conditioned and has a full kitchen, a television and a telephone. Studio units do not have dishwashers. Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath and 1 sleep sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 1/2 baths, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. No pets are allowed. A credit card imprint or a US$20 cash deposit is required at check-in in order to activate the telephone. The putting green is for adults only. No license is required for salt water fishing, but State or town licensing is needed for freshwater and shell fishing. The resort has two floors - no elevator.
