Jamaican on the Gulf units all have a whirlpool bathtub, air-conditioning, full kitchen, 2 televisions, washer/dryer, microwave, and a view of the beach. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 queen sleep sofa. OCCUPANCY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. OCCUPANCYINCLUDES CHILDREN AND BABIES. No pets are allowed. To fully enjoy the area, it is recommended that you have a car. A US$100 security deposit, payable by credit card, check or cash is required at check-in and returned at check-out. Officehours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Saturday; Sunday 9 am to 12 noon. Should you anticipate arriving outside these hours, contact the resort for instructions. Specific instructions regarding late arrival and keys are postedon the marquee at the elevator. The resortprovides a quiet, relaxed vacation environment with no organized activities.

The nearest major airport is approximately22 miles away in Tampa. From the airport,take I-275 south to St. Petersburg, exit at 5th Avenue North (exit 23B). Go right (West) to 66th St., turn left (South) to Central Ave., turn right (West) on Central Ave. Follow Central until it ends at Gulf Blvd., turn right and resort is 1/4 mile on the left (11660 Gulf Blvd.) FROM THE SOUTH, take I-275 to Pinellas Bayway exit 17. Turn left (West) on the Pinellas Bayway through a toll area, untilit ends at Gulf Blvd. (Done Cesar Hotel), turn right (North), follow signs to Treasure Island. After crossing Central Ave. resort is 1/4 mile on the left (11660 Gulf Blvd.)
