| ** RESORT IS UNABLE TO MOVE DUE TO VIEW **The resort is oceanfront, however units have an interior island view OR a limited ocean view. Occupancy levels are strictly enforced. MANDATORY FEES of US$6/day for parking andUS$1/day in-room safe fee. A required security deposit in the form of a credit card imprint or cash is collected at check-in. Call resort for details. Resort offers 24 hour check-in and NO PETS allowed. A car is recommended. RV's, boats and trailers of any kind are not allowed to park at the resort. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available on the beach for a fee. All units are air-conditioned and include telephone, TV and video cassette play, DVD player in the living room and a partial kitchen with a convection microwave oven. Each unit receives a complimentary mid week maid service. Daily maid service is available for a fee. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 king bed and 1 queen sleeper sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 2 king beds and 2 queen sleeper sofas. |

| From the Palm Beach International Airport, which is about 10 miles away, take I-95 north to PGA Boulevard. Go east, cross US-1, PGA Blvd. becomes A1A. Travel southeast on A1A for 5 miles. Turn left at the 3rd traffic light, Lake Drive. Turn left onto Bamboo Road. The resort is at the end of the road. Check in at 4pm at the front desk. Check out is at 10am. Recreational vehicles (RV's) and trailers of any size are not allowed on property. If you have questions regarding parking options, please contact the resort in advance. A US$6.00 per day mandatory parking fee is required for each vehicle parked on site whether using valet or self service parking. |
