| This resort is situated on three upper floors of an historic 1840's structure. All units require one to three flights of stairs. The building has 2 BR units, Studios, 1 BR lofts with stairs, and 1 BR flats. Most units have central air and heat. Units have microwave/convention oven, stovetop, direct private phone lineswith voice mail, TV with video game hook ups and cable with HBO. NO PETS ALLOWED. The resort is a NON-SMOKING RESORT (with the exception of four 1 BR Flats). Smoking is permitted in the lounge on site. All units have pillow-top bedding. 2BR units have 2 bathrooms. Studio unit OCC: Max 4/Pri 2: King bed andqueen size fold out. 1BR flat OCC: Max 4/ Pri 2: Queen or Full size beds and queen fold out. 1BR LOFT OCC: Max 4/Pri 2: Queenor FULL size bed and queen fold out. 2BR flat OCC: Max 8/Pri 4: Queen size bed and 2 queen fold outs. 2BR loft OCC: Max 6/Pri4: King & Queen size beds and queen size fold out. | New Orleans International airport is 17 miles away. Follow I-10 East to Downtown New Orleans. Take the split on I-10 to Slidell. Take exit #234-B (Poydras St - Superdome.) Continue on Poydras past the Superdome. Turn left on O'Keefe (by the First Bank and Trust and Smith & WollenskySteakhouse) and continue 5 blocks, where O'Keefe changes to University Place. Continue on University Place. The resort is the last building on the right next to the Fairmont Hotel. For parking, call the resort in advance. Parking is US$15.00 per day and space is limited. The resort collects the fees. City tax is $3.50 and a security deposit must be paid by major credit card. |
