Other unit amenities include a remote control television, washer/dryer, ascreened in porch, a whirlpool tub & a telephone. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, a king bed, & a sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, a king bed,1 double bed, 1 twin sleeper sofa & a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are no elevators at the resort. Check-in at the Alhambra at Poinciana's front office. A credit card imprint is required as a security deposit (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) or a cash deposit of US$100.00 which will be refunded by check via the mail after check-out. Check-out is by 10:00 am. Pets are prohibited. There is no on-site parking available for boats, campers, or RVs but a campground is less than 5 miles away. The nearest major airport is Orlando Int'l, approx. 35 miles away. From the airport take Hwy 417 South (toll road), aka Greeneway. It will appear that it's taking you back into the airport but it circles behind it. Stay on this for about8 miles and exit onto John Young Pky. South. It is approx. 18 miles from this exit to the resort. When you cross into Osceola County, make no turns until you reach Pleasant Hill Rd.As you reach Pleasant Hill Rd, there is a KFC and McDonald's on your right. Turn left onto Pleasant Hill Rd. Go 8 miles, road will change name to Cypress Pkwy. The resort is 1.5 miles on the left, directly across from Cypress Woods.
