Harbourside II Condominiums, located on the Neuse River, features multiple amenities for its guests. The resort offers two outdoor pools, 11 tennis courts(four are lighted), a recreation center with an indoor pool, a miniature golf course, two 18-hole golf courses, bicycle rentals, and boat slips that can accommodate boats up to 60 feet in length.There are no boat rentals at the resort.

Each unit at Harbourside II is air- conditioned and has a full kitchen with a microwave oven, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. Other unit amenities include a private telephone line, 2 televisions and VCR. All 1BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 2 queen beds, 1 murphy bed, and 1 sleep sofa. All units are accessible by stairs and have a marina view balcony. Please note that the resort is unable to accommodate unit upgrades. No pets are allowed. Security deposit is required at check in. Amenities are charged separately. A car is recommended to fullyenjoy the area. Office hours are Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm; Friday - Sunday 8am-7pm.
