Description

The Scandanavian type ski lodges are set in acres of mature landscaped estate near the River Spey, against the rugged mountain backdrop of the Cairngorms. The year round sports mecca of Aviemore and its ski slopes are close by and within easy reach are Inverness and Loch Ness. Onsite there is a 9-hole golf course, indoorswimming pool, indoor and outdoor tennis, badminton, children's playground, gymnasium, whirlpool bath and sauna.

Units are either 2 br sleeping 8 or 2 br sleeping 6. All have full kitchens with microwave ovens. Chalets 4, 12, 15, 17, 24, 25 and 29 have 2 sets of bunk beds in the second bedroom. Rooms are compact and accommodation simple in style. Electricityis charged as used. The resort will acceptdogs but they must be suitably restrained.Refundable deposit payable on arrival. Chalet 21 is equipped for a disabled person. Exchange members have the use of all the facilities of the Dalfaber Golf & Country Club.

BY AIR: Nearest airport Inverness (55km) BY ROAD: From the south, a modern motorway network links to the M74. Follow the M9 or M90 to Perth and then the A9 to Aviemore. Follow signs for Dalfaber which is signposted from the north end of Aviemore. BY RAIL: From Kings Cross or Euston to Aviemore direct by Inter City or overnight by Sleeper.
