The resort offers 1bed units for 2 & 2bed units for 4. Some units have twin or bunk beds. Unit 6 has a single bedroom & fold up single bed in the lounge. Units 6, 9 & 2 have a separate shower room. The bathroom in unit 6 is an en suite to the main bedroom. Some units do not have showers. Units have a TV, video, phone and full kitchen. A fixed feefor utilities and leisure facilities is required at check-in. Please advise of late arrivals. On-site facilities include a small indoor pool, solarium (additional charge), snooker, table tennis and pool. Child minding is available 1800-2400. A car is essential. Car parking is available. Maximum occupancy must be adhered to. All except unit 2 are ground floor. There are steps to units 2,10,11, 12,19 & 26 (please check with the resort for suitability for wheelchair access). Some units have internal steps. Access to the leisure centre is via steps. All units and public areas are non-smoking.

BY AIR: Nearest airport: Newcastle 72KM or Edinburgh 113KM BY ROAD: (From the South) Travel to Newcastle upon Tyne and stay on the A1 North for approximately 15 miles until you reach the signs for Morpeth. Head for the slip road onto the A697 and follow thesigns for Coldstream. Carry on for 29 miles to Wooler, staying on the A697 and heading towards Coldstream. After 2.4milesyou will reach Akeld Manor, passing four very tall flagpoles on the left hand side.Turn left at the next junction and go through the second gate, past the telephone box on the right hand side.
