La Cartuja,located in a peaceful residential area, overlooks a 9-hole golf course. The resort is an ideal place for those wishing to relax and enjoy a peaceful holiday. Situated within the Sitio de Calahonda urbanisation, it is within easy reach of Fuengirola and Marbella, both less than 15Km. away. A car is recommended to visit the comercial area and beaches. As this is a hilly area it is not suitable for those with walking difficulties.

The resort consists of 2 bedroom units forsix with full kitchen and bathroom. All units have television, electric heating, washing machine and full ovens. La Cartujais very tranquil, ideal for lazy days around the swimming pool. There are laundry facilities on-site. Members who wish to play golf must advise resort in advance and pre-book tee times due to the heavy demand in the area. Weekly tournaments organised. Discounted green fees. Handicap certificate required:maximum 27 men, 35 women. Please contact the resort for further details. This resort is not recommended for handicapped or anyone with walking difficulties as there are many steps. Car parking available on site. A car is essential to enjoy the area. Reception is open from 09.30h to 16.30h daily. Members arriving outside these hours must advise resort to arrange for key pick-up.

BY AIR: Nearest Airport - Malaga 36kms BY ROAD:From Málaga airport turn right andfollow the N340 towards Cádiz.After approx3 kms. turn right into the AP-7 signpostedAlgeciras.By-pass Torremolinos& Benalma- dena.Keep to the right and leave the AP-7 (toll road) once you see the sign A-7 Fuengirola/Algeciras. Pass Fuengirola, Miraflores and El Zoco taking the right hand turning at Sitio de Calahonda. Drive up this road for approx 800 mts. and turn right into street Don José de Orbaneja. Take first left and go straight up this road, passing Calahonda Valley on the right and then take first left into the street Calle Viera. Follow street down 200 mt to La Cartuja reception on right.
