The property requires all occupants to be over the age of 23 unless accompanied by aparent. No pets are allowed. A car is required to fully enjoy the area. Parking is limited at the property, so camper, trailer, or recreational vehicle parking is not available on site. Parkingis limited to one car per unit. Washers/dryers are available on-site and are coin operated. Please call the resortto make arrangements for late check-in if arriving after 5:00 pm. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced, which means parties will not be allowed tocheck-in if there are more people than themaximum occupancy stated on the RCI Confirmation paperwork. Southwest Florida International is the nearest airport, 18 miles away. From the airport take Daniels Parkway west. You will pass Hwy 41 and continue to Summerlin. Take a left on to Summerlin and follow to San Carlos Blvd (865) where you will take another left. Continue on San Carlos Blvd south. After you cross the bridge take a right onto Fifth Street and follow approximately 7/10 of a mile. The resort is on the left side of the road. If travelling by car: Take I-75 to exit 131(Daniels Parkway) and go west. Then follow above directions.
