Your air-conditioned unit features a telephone, a television, a full kitchen with washer and dryer, and a screened in porch. Units with 1,2,7,8 have views of the gulf. Units beginning with 3,4,5,6 have a limited view. The resort has two floors and no elevator. There are 14 stepsleading to the second floor. Units ending in "A" or "B" are located on the ground floor, "C" or "D" units are located on thesecond floor. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, and a queen sleepsofa. No pets are allowed. Office hours are 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. seven days a week. Contact the resort in advance if you anticipate arriving after 5:00 p.m. to obtain check- in procedures. The resort requires all occupants to be over 23 unless accompaniedby a parent. US$250 deposit required (cash, check, or major credit card). Beachtowels are not provided. Directions

Southwest Florida International is located25 miles from the resort. From the airport take Daniels Parkway west to Summerlin and turn left. Continue straight to Sanibel Causeway. Turn right on Periwinkle Way and then left on Donax and another left on Middle Gulf. Turn right on Nerita and the resort is located on the left. From I-75 south take exit 21 (Daniels Parkway). At the exit, turn west (right if coming from the north,left if coming from the south) and then follow above mentioned directions. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.
