Prepare to relax as you step into island time and a gentler pace. Sandyport BeachesResort is a small resort that started in 1995. The intimacy of the 72-room property has given the resort a family feel, with a welcoming home-away-from-home atmosphere. The resort has the wonderful mix of being a quiet retreat with the benefit of a casino and other island activities, all easily accessible by local bus service. Due to its size, on-site activities are limited.

The units are built along the main canal at the Sandyport Marina Village, a few minutes walk from the ocean beach. Units have either a pool/garden view or a canal view. There are no units on the beach. One-bedroom units have a king bed and sleeper sofa. Two-bedroom units have 2.5 baths. The second bedroom has either two double beds or a queen bed and sleeperloveseat. Neighbors can sometimes be heardthrough the lock-off doors. Three-bedroomunits have 3.5 baths, 1 king bed, two queen beds and two sleep sofas. A US$100 deposit is required at check-in. There is a Gov't occupancy tax per unit/ week. Please contact resort for exact details. The resort also charges a US$6 per person, per day energy surcharge for all guests 12 years and older. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the island. Resort enforces an age restriction of 21, unless accompanied by an older adult. Units with the name 1bedbcpk have only limited kitchen facilities.

The nearest commercial airport is Nassau International, approximately 3 miles away.From the airport drive 1.5 miles (northeast) to West Bay (which runs along the north coast). Turn right and drive 1.5 miles to Sandyport. The "Poopdeck" atSandyport will be on your left. The resort entrance is the first right after the bridge.
