| Located in the mountainous province of SanJosé along the Pan American Highway, the city of San José is Costa Rica's capital and heart. | All units contain a full kitchen with microwave and are equipped with a satellite TV. All units have ceiling fans in the master bedroom and dining room. Each 3-bedroom villa at Villas Palmas has two floors. The kitchen, diningand living rooms are on the lower level. The upper level has 3 bedrooms, a sitting room and two baths. The 2-bedroom unit is on one level located on the second floor of the complex. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/ Pri 6 have 1-1/2 baths, 1 double bed, 2 twin beds and a double sleep sofa. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 have 2-1/2 baths, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, 2 twin beds and 1 double sleep sofa. Check-in is located at the entrance where a guard is stationed. There is a limit of one space per unit to park your car. No pets allowed. Orientation on Monday mornings are offered with a Tour Operator on the premises to assist in arranging tours. Some tours can be at a high altitude and guests should consult their physician before taking tours. US$100 security dep. & US$40 cash utility surcharge/week/unit. No scheduled activities or other amenities onsite. All UNITS NON-SMOKING. |

| Villas Palmas is located ten miles from the San Jose Airport. From the airport, take the Panamerican Highway to San Jose. Then take the cut-off to "Best Western (Hotel Irazu)" and go 1 1/2 blocks (300 meters) East and turn right and go one block (100 meters) South. Transportation from the airport to resort is complimentary.
