La Plagne is a purpose-built ski area lying almost entirely above the tree-line in open Alpine pasture. From Plagne Bellecôte at 1900m, one of three base 'villages' in the complex, the lifts go to2700m with further systems rising to 3000m. The whole interconnecting ski area of La Plagne is immense and there are direct links to Les Arcs and Champagny, making it one of the largest areas in the world. Ancillary services in the area are good and include a child-minding facility,sauna and whirlpool, summer and winter outdoor heated swimming pool, skating, cinema, restaurants and nightclub.

The simply furnished units are studios sleeping 4. The kitchen has an oven, coffee maker and dishwasher-No toaster. All units have a balcony and telephone. Televisions and cots can be rented. There is a covered car park available for no extra charge. There is no maid service during the week. Linen will be provided for you to make up your bed on arrival. BY AIR: Nearest airport Lyon 200kms BY CAR: From Lyon, take the A43 towards Chambéry. Exit at Chambéry. Follow directions to motorway until Albertville. From here to Aime via Moutiers. Exit at Aime and head to Macot La Plagne, then La Plagne (18kms) Continue towards La Plagne Bellcôte where you will find the resort.
