All units have a gas burning fireplace, microwave oven, dishwasher, television with VCR and a balcony or patio. Unit view is not guaranteed. The resort does not have air conditioning. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2, have 1 bath, 1queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4, have 2 or 3 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 2queen beds, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. No pets are allowed. The boat dock is available April - Oct. on a first come- first serve basis. To fully enjoy your stay, having a car is necessary. Parking is provided for one car per unit. No RV'sare allowed on the property. There are 3 stories. Please call the resort to request handicap or ground floorunits. One full cleaning is provided mid- week and clean towels are provided daily. Directions

The nearest major airport is Ontario International, about 65 miles away. Take I-10 to Hwy 30 east to Mountain Resorts. Hwy 30 becomes Hwy 330, then it becomes Hwy 18. Continue on Hwy 18, following thesigns to Big Bear. At the lake, stay right on Hwy 18 toward the City of Big Bear Lake. Continue about 3.8 miles to Lakeview Dr. and turn left on Lakeview. Be careful to stay straight on Lakeview Drive 7/10ths of a mile. At the "T" in the road, turn right onto Lagunita Lane. Resort is located on the right.
