The resort offers studios for 2 and 1bed units for 4. All units have a full bathroom and partial kitchen. Check-in is at the reception only on Thursdays. Units have direct dial telephones. Please note that there are steps down to the pool and the area around the resort is hilly. No pets allowed. Electricity is charged as used. Units are cleaned daily and linen is changed twice a week. A car is recommended. The maximum occupancy of the unit must not be exceeded. BY AIR: Funchal/Santa Catarina - 11km BY ROAD: From the airport take the motorway towards Funchal. After 7km, turn right at the signs for Canico and from there follow the signs for Canico de Baixo. Turn left for Canico de Baixo and then turn right at the signs for Rocamar. Just before Rocamar, turn left towards the Royal Orchid (Rocamar is located on a cliff edge). The resort is located on the left hand side of the road.
