Cross-country skiing is the main attractions for resorts Les Mouflons 1500 and Les Mouflons II, both located at the ski centre of Le Praz de Lys in Haute Savoie. Around 85kms of cross-country trails are open in the surrounding area, and downhill ski slopes, with T-bars and cable cars 1km from the resort. In summer,the area is ideal for mountain walks alongmarked trails. The local tourist board will advise you of organised activities such as hand gliding, swimming, tennis andgolf. The resort has no activities or amenities, there are shops and restaurantsnearby which are open in high season.

Les Mouflons 2 has studios sleeping 2 or 4people with single beds or pull-out sofas,bathroom and partial kitchen with a conventional oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffe maker. There is NO micro-wave oven.TV's can be rented. All units are simply furnished and have a balcony. There is no cleaning or change of linen during the week. Cleaning is charged for on departure if the unit is not left cleanPets are allowed for a charge. Reception hours: 0900-1200 and 1700-1900 daily, and on check-in days (Sat & Sun) 0800-1200 and1600-2000. Check-in is not permitted outside these hours. BY AIR: Geneva 85km BY CAR: From Geneva, take the A40 towardsChamonix Mont Blanc. Take the exit for Cluses and proceed through Cluses and follow signs for Tanninges. On arrival in Tanninges, follow the signs for Le Praz deLys. Once in Praz de Leys, the resort is signed as Clubhotel Maeva Les Mouflons. BY TRAIN: Annecy 100km or Cluses 25km. From Annecy, take the highway A40 towards Chamonix Mont Blanc, exit at Cluses and follow as above. A car is essential to enjoy the area in summer. The roads are narrow and twisty. During winter please liase with the local police as to which roads are open.
