Your vacation home at Alii Kai Resort comes equipped with a telephone, cable television with VCR and a full kitchen with a microwave oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer. All units are 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 and have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. The resort has two floors and no elevators. NO pets are allowed at the resort. A US$100 security deposit, along with a credit card, is required for a telephonesecurity deposit at time of check-in. No mid-week maid service available. It is highly recommended that you rent a car to enjoy the beauty of the island. Thanks to the wonderful climate and soothing trade winds, air conditioning is not needed in the units at Alii Kai. Alii Kai provides guests with an in-house activity center. Please contact the frontdesk at 888-877-6650 if you will be arriving late or have questions prior to arrival. All Hawaii resorts charge a Transient Accommodations Tax. The tax ranges from US$20 to US$35 per interval confirmed based on unit size. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING RESORT.

The Lihue airport, 30 miles away, is the island's major airport. From the airport,follow Kuhio Hwy (Rte 56) to Princeville. Turn right into Princeville at the security gate and pass the fountain. Go 1 mile to PEPELANI LOOP and turn right. At KAUI Rd turn right and right again at Edward Rd. The Alii Kai complex is on the left. Princeville airport is 4 miles away and serviced by Island Air. Car rentals are available @ Lihue & Princeville Airports. Check with the resort for best directions to reach the resort.
