Your holiday apartment features balconies with partial water views & cable TV, VCR, telephone, ceiling fans, clock/radio and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and a laundry with washer/dryer. The 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 with 2 bathrooms,1 queen bed, 2 single beds and double sizepull out sofa. The master bedroom has an ensuite. To use the boats, guests will need a boat licence. There is a small charge to cover fuel costs. Directions

From Brisbane Airport:(Approx 1 hour) Proceed south along the Gateway Highway until you reach the Pacific Highway. Travel south along the Pacific Highway until you come to Exit 62, Helensvale South. Proceed east for approx 10 kms until you come to Marine Parade. Turn right, go 2 blocks and turn left into Imperial Parade. Go 1 block and turn left into Labrador St. Sandy Point is on the right. From Coolangatta (approx 35 mins) travel north along Gold Coast Hwy through Surfers Paradise, over Southport Bridge past Southport. Go over Loder Bridge and and past Cav's Steakhouse.Turn right into Imperial Parade and then left into Labrador St. Resort is on the right.
