Description

Las Brisas is set in the fishing village of Playa Blanca on the south coast of Lanzarote. The resort consists of attractive bungalows each with its own sunterrace and barbecue. The central units are grouped around a large heated swimmingpool. Further amenities include an open- air bar, a restaurant, two tennis courts, and a mini market. The units are well equipped with a full kitchen and satellitetelevision and a telephone.

There are single storey villas; a one bedroomed villa with twin beds abd a pull--out sofa bed (two singles) or a two bedroomed villa which has an additional double bed. All units have a full kitchenwith four hob rings, an oven, a microwave,a coffee maker, a toaster, a washing machine, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, satellite television and a telephone. Each villa has its own patio and barbecue. Cleaning is once a week andtowels are changed once a week. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. A utility charge is payable upon arrival by credit card or in cash. Upon departure, the balance of the bill must be paid if the amount used is more than the original amount. A small welcomepack is available upon request and chargedat local cost. At least one member of theparty must be 21 years of age. Members cannot exceed the maximum occupancy of theunit (adults and infants count alike). The resort cannot upgrade clients to a larger unit upon arrival. Babysitting canbe arranged via reception. BY AIR: Nearest Airport: Arrecife 35kms. BY ROAD: From the airport follow signs for Yaiza - LZ2. Continue along this roadgoing through Macher and passing signs forUga and Yaiza. After Uga, signs for PlayaBlanca appear. Continue to follow these, still on LZ2 road. On approaching Playa Blanca, go over the mini-roundabout, go past the petrol station on the right and turn right at the next mini-roundabout. Take the first right. There is a sign 'Zona Residencial Las Brisas'. Turn left into the car park. The resort is on the left hand side.
