Description

Saint Raphaël is situated at the junction of the two wooded promontories of Les Maures and l'Esterel, on the Gulf of Fréjus. There are many tourist attractionsin the area and some 30km of rocky coves, beaches and harbours to explore. In the town itself, there are facilities for golf, tennis and horse-riding, a casino and a Thalassotherapy centre.

There is a choice of simply furnished studio units for either four or two or onebedroom apartments for six. The one bedroom units have one double bed, a set of bunk beds and a pull-out sofa. Each unit is simply furnished and basic, there are no toasters or televisions. The units do have a limited kitchen with mini-stove and refrigerator. Charges are levied for sports facilities, discounted golf and tennis at Valescure. A refundable deposit is required on arrival, along with a tourist tax per person per day. There is no maid service or linen change during the stay. A charge is made for cleaning the unit at the end of each week. BY AIR: Nearest Airport: Nice (80kms) BY ROAD: Take motorway A8 to Frejus, then continue towards Saint Raphael. On arrivalin St Raphael, head towards Frejus Plage. Continue along the coast road towards the Port, then follow the signs to Boulouris. After 3km, on the Agay route, you will seethe resort on your left. PUBLIC TRANSPORT:A public bus runs from Nice airport to Nice train station, take a train to St Raphael or Boulouris, then take a taxi to the resort.
