These basically furnished units comprise 1br sleeping 5 with double bed and in the living area two convertable sofa beds. The units are small and all have phone andlimited kitchen facilities. A car is essential. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. A deposit is required on arrival and will berefunded if the unit is left undamaged. THE RESORT DOES NOT PROVIDE A MIDWEEK CHANGE OF TOWELS AND CLEANING SERVICE. There is no TV in the unit, this can be rented via reception. Credit cards are notaccepted. Sports facilities are available at a charge. During low season not all facilities are available. There is a mini bus to and from sports facilities during this time. Take exit at Foggia (95kms from resort) and take state road to Manfredonia, then towards Mattinata.At Mattinata follow the signs towards "Litoranea Vieste E Pugnochiuso". The resort is situated 20 km before Viesteand just 1 km after a big conplex called "Centro Vacanze Pugnochiuso". BY TRAIN: from Rome or Naples to Foggia (or Manfredonia) and then by hire car to resort.
