Guestsmust be suitably dressed in restaurants and public areas. Charges are levied for some sports facilities. There is a refundable deposit payable on arrival. No pets are allowed. BY AIR: Nearest Airport, Funchal - 19kms BY ROAD: From the airport, take the main road west towards Funchal. Continue along the motorway under numerous tunnels for 16kms. Follow signs towards the hospital and keep in left hand lane. After a long curve merge with another motorway.Continuetowards the sea until you pass a Repsol stn on the right. Before first set of traffic lights filter right but keep to left hand side. Pass next set of traffic lights (hospital on the right) continue down the hill, straight over the next set of lights towards the Carlton Madeira Hotel, then turn down the hill and the resort is on your left.
