The units areair-conditioned and have 2 televisions, a VCP, microwave oven and a coffee maker. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed or 2 full size beds and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1 queen bed in each bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The resort requires a deposit at check-in by either credit card imprint or cash. No pets are allowed. Having a car is necessary to enjoy the area fully. Cars may be rented in the area. From the airport take Calif I-95 south to I-40 southeast. Continue 22 miles past the Needles exit to Ariz I-95 (exit 9) south, then follow above directions.
