The resort is set one mile outside the town, offering such on-site amenities as an 18-hole golf course, a tennis court, an outdoor pool. Nearby, you'll find fishing, horseback riding, white-water rafting, live entertainment, and in winter, downhill skiing at Sky Valley. Area attractions include the ChattahoocheeNational Forest, Toccoa Falls, Tallulah Gorge Park, and several more state parks.

The nearest major airport is Hartsfield International, 120 miles away. From the airport, take I-85 north to 985 north. #985 becomes #365 after Gainsville exit. Continue until you reach Highway #384 approximately 18 miles from last Gainsville exit. Turn left and continue until road dead ends to Highway 75 North to Helen. Just as you approach Helen, turnright onto Edelweiss Drive at the Ramada, Ltd. Travel to Brucken Strasse & turn right. Follow the Innsbruck signs. The security gates to Inssbruck will be on theright. Igls will be about one mile inside the community after you pass through the security gate.
