There is a steep hill leading to the resort, RV's will not be able to make it to the top of the hill. The resort provides an information packet on things to do and see in the area. The security deposit will be refunded by mail within 7 days after check-out. Credit card imprints are destroyed.

The nearest major airport is approximately97 miles away, in Atlanta, Ga. From the airport, take I-85 north to 985 to Highway129. Travel 129 North to County Road 75 into Helen. In Helen turn off Main Street(Hwy 17/75 onto Hamby Street (next to the Presbyterian church). Cross the bridge and turn left onto Carrie Cox Dr. Alpine Crest is located at the end of the road.
