In winter there are innumerable ski lifts and runs, including cross-country trails. Summer skiing is possible on the Kitzsteinhorn glacier, and the beautiful Lake Zell is just 5km away for summer water sports. Delightful local towns and villages provide excellent excursions.

There is a choice of studio units (which have no cooking facilities), and studio units which have a limited kitchen and 1 BR capable of accommodating 4 people. Units are normally cleaned daily. A small tourist tax is charged per person. Electric voltage is 220v. Pets are allowed. The resort is not suitable for handicapped persons. Please advise the resort if you will be arriving outside thenormal check-in time. A final cleaning fee applies.

BY AIR: Nearest Airport: Salzburg 104kms or Munich 190kms BY ROAD: From Salzburg take the 312 to Innsbruck, turning off at the 311 to Saalfelden and Zell-am-See. As you leave, fork right (168) to Kaprun, after 4km turnleft to Kaprun, (2km). Left again to centre, continue through town. Turn left at "Haus der Jugend". First left and the resort is on the right. BY TRAIN: To Zell-am-See and then take a taxi.
