Each condominium is air-conditioned, has satellite TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1king bed, 2 twin beds and a sleep sofa. If you anticipate a late arrival, you mustcontact the resort in advance to make necessary arrangements. A credit card imprint is required upon check-in. Departure tax is about US$15 per person. Rental cars or taxis are available for transportation. There is a US$1 toll for cars to cross the bridge from Nassau to Paradise Island. No pets are allowed at the resort. No elevators in buildings. Resort has 2 & 3 story buildings. The interior of the villas are multilevel.Guests are charged a government timeshare tax at resort, as well as an energy sur- charge of US$50 per unit per week. Nassau International Airport is 12 miles away. It is recommended that you take a taxi from the airport to the resort. The resort is located on Ocean Ridge Drive. Paradise Island Airport is only 2 minutes away. Commuter services are available, direct to Miami, Ft Lauderdale and West Palm Beach.
