All Sandpiper Beach Club condominiums are air-conditioned and have a view of the Gulf. Additional unit amenities include awhirlpool tub in the master bath, a remote-control color television with cableand a VCR, a washer/dryer and a full kitchen with a dishwasher, garbage disposal and a microwave oven. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1king bed, 2 twin beds and 1 queen sleep sofa. No pets are allowed. A credit card imprint is required at check-in. Please notify resort if expecting late arrival (after 5:00 pm) to make arrangements for check-in. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the Sarasota area. Recreational vehicles, motor homes, boat trailers and motorcyclesare not permitted on the resort property. Smoking is not allowed in any of the unitsor in the air-conditioned common areas of the resort. Smoking is permitted on the balconies. Penalties will go into effect June 1, 2000.

The Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport is approximately 10 miles away. From the airport, go south on Tamiami Trail (Route 41) to Stickney Point Road (Route 72). Turn right on Stickney Point Road. At Midnight Pass Road, turn right and make a sharp left into resort entrance.
