Barnham Broom is set in 250 acres of glorious Norfolk countryside, just 7 milesfrom Norwich. The attractive holiday lodges have been built in a secluded position close to the 18th fairway and each has a panoramic view across the greens and lakes of the 2 golf courses. Reduced green fees for RCI Exchangees. Close by are the club facilities which include squash courts and all-weather tennis courts. The Norfolk coast and inland waterways of the Broads are within easy reach.

There is a choice of 1 or 2 bedroom units for 4, 2 bedroom units for 6 and 3 bedroomunits for 8 people. Units are heated, havea private balcony or patio, full kitchen with oven, separate bathroom, sitting /dining room with cocktail cabinet, familygames table, television and video player. Some of the 2 and 3 bedroom units have additional shower room. Details of local events are available at reception. There are charges for some leisure facilities including golf. Coaching and equipment hire available. Golfers require handicap certificate or evidence of proficiency. Golf shoes and correct golf attire must be worn on golf course. Reduced green fees for RCI exchangees. Tee times can be booked upto 14 days prior to visit. Resort sends a pack to exchangees prior to arrival. Electricity charged as used. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. There is an information centre and video library on site. A car is essential. This resort is not suitable for those with walking difficulties.

BY AIR: Nearest airport, Norwich - 10 miles. BY ROAD: From the south (London) take M11/A11 to Norwich southern-by-pass (A47).Turn left onto by-pass at the sign for Kings Lynn/Swaffham. At the end of the dual carriageway continue on single carriageway. After 2 miles look out for Barnham Broom golf flag, taking you left up to the crossroads by the school. Turn left at the crossroads, the resort is situated 2 miles further on the left. BY RAIL: To Norwich and then by taxi.
