Elmers Court is at the edge of the New Forest, an area of unspoilt natural beautyyet only 145km from London. The main houseis a fine example of Tudor architecture with elegant oak panelled lounges and bar.Its extensive grounds overlook the Solent and Lymington River, an area known world- wide for exciting sailing. A Leisure Centre includes an indoor swimming pool, achildren's pool, whirlpool spa, sauna, steam room, gymnasium, restaurant and bar.

Most units are not situated in the main house. There is a choice of studio units for two people, one bedroom units for four and six people and two bedroom units for six people. Units have either full or partial kitchens, all have a microwave. Units 22-22a, 23-23a, 29-29a and 33-33a are split and some are on different floorsAll units have televisions, dvd players, irons and ironing board. Hairdryers are available on request. Electricity is metered and charged at end of stay. Check-in at Manor House reception. A refundable deposit in the form of a credit card imprint is taken on arrival. Please advise the resort if arriving outside the normal check-in time. A midweek linen change is available. The outdoor pool is only available June to September. PLEASE NOTE: Outdoor 'draughts' is available, not 'chess' as stated in the directory. There is a 9 hole golf course directly opposite the entrance to the resort.

Directions

BY AIR: London/Gatwick and London/Heathrow145km. BY ROAD: The easiest way to the resort is by car. Take the M25 (Heathrow/Gatwick) and then the M3 (this becomes the M27). Follow the M27 west and exit at Junction 1, onto the A337 and follow signs to Cadnam, Brockenhurst/Lyndhurst and Lymington. Shortly before Lymington town centre, turn left to follow signs for Isle of Wight ferry and South Baddesley. Elmers Court is 200 yds past the ferry terminal, on the right hand side of the road. BY RAIL: From London to Lymington Pier. The resort is then 10 minutes walk away.
