Each unit has a deck with a view of Penobscot Bay, two tv's and is air conditioned. Each unit has a partial kitchen which includes a dishwasher, stovetop, microwave and toaster oven. Some have a whirlpool bath. The resort has 3 floors and NO elevator. The unit entranceis on the middle floor. Unable to acomm- odate unit upgrades. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, a king bed and a sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and a sleepsofa. ALL UNITS AT THE RESORT ARE NON- SMOKING. NO PETS ALLOWED. Rental fees are charged for golf clubs and racquets. Advance tee times recommended during high season. Call 800/341-1650 ext. 511 to reserve tee times. Jackets are suggested at Marcel's fine dining - one of the resort's restaurants. Linen service and partial cleaning service is Mon. for bldg.I (600),Tues for bldg II (700),and Wed forbldg III (800). Full maid and linen ser- vice is available for a fee. Check-in time is 4 PM and check out time is 10 AM. A US$200.00 fine will be levied for violating the no pets or no smoking policySecurity deposit required upon check-in.

Transportation is provided by previous arrangements from Knox Co. airport- 5 miles away. Most major carriers service PortlandInt'l Airport, 80 miles away. FROM NEW YORK CITY take I-95 N and the Mass Turn- Pike east to I-495 or Rte 128. Go north toI-95 through New Hampshire, to the Maine Turnpike I-95. Approaching Portland, take exit 44 to I-295N take exit 28 to Rte 1 N Coastal (Brunswick and Bath) for about 56 miles to Rockland. In Rockland, go about 3miles to the Irving service station and turn right at the traffic light on Waldo Ave. Go approximately one mile and turn right into the resort. FROM BOSTON take Rte 1 or 128 north to I-95N to exit 44(I-295, South Portland)
