All units are air-conditioned and have a stereo system, two color cable televisionsand a VCR. DVD players are available at the office in limited supply. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 king bed, and 1 queen sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 sleep sofa. YOU MUST CALL THE RESORT AHEAD OF TIME IF YOU PLAN ON ARRIVING LATE TO IDENTIFY YOUR ROOM #. Office hours are 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri; 8am - 6pm Sat; 9am - noon Sun. While children are welcome, Palm Beach tends to attract a clientele over 40 years of age. A credit card imprint is required upon check-in. Surcharges and long distance rates are levied for the telephones in your room. Towel exchange mid-week only. Monday morning breakfast at 9:30am. Maximum occupancy of room may not be exceeded. Over occupying maximum occupancy could result in denial of room use or fines. No motorhomes may be parked at the resort. Resort has two floors and no elevators. Room numbers are not guaranteed, however the unit size confirmed will be provided.

Directions

The nearest airport is West Palm Beach International Airport, located approximately 6 miles away, north of the resort. From the airport turn right (south) to Southern Blvd, then travel approximately 3 miles to A1A (South Ocean Blvd). Turn right onto A1A and travel approximately 5 miles until you pass the Lake Worth Beach entrance. The resort is located just south, on the west side which is the Intra-Coastal Waterway side. The resort is located on its own private peninsula.
