Each villa includes a TV, VCR and a full kitchen with a microwave oven, dishwasher,disposal and a washer/dryer. All villas are 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 and have 2 baths,1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. If you anticipate a late arrival, you mustnotify resort in advance at 808/742-1412. Late check-ins please look for instructions posted on the front office door. Proceed to arrival box to pick up key packet. The combination to lock #0502.Units are 1 and 2 story and nicely decorated. All villas have several stairs. The resort buildings have three or four floors and NO elevators. To fully enjoy the area, a car is recommended. No pets are allowed at the resort. All Hawaii resorts have a Transient Accommodations Tax for timeshare rooms. This tax will range from US$15 - US$35 per interval confirmed based on unit size and will be collected at check-in.

The nearest commercial airport is in Lihueabout 18 miles away. Turn left onto Hwy 570 to Hwy 56. Turn left and go to Hwy 50. Turn right onto Hwy 50 to Hwy 520. Turn left to Koloa. Turn right then left at the Chevron to Poipu. Take Poipu to Hoowili Road and turn right. At the end of the road, turn left on Hoone Rd. and continue until you reach Nalo Road. Turn left here and park in the first parking lot on the right at Nihi Kai Villas and proceed to the office.
