Peace and serenity await you at this quaint Tudor Inn at the harbour entrance to Lagoon City, a 1600-acre community with8 kms of navigable waterways and steps from the beaches of the eastern shore of Lake Simcoe. The indoor pool & spa adjoin the inn, no need to venture outside on a blustery day. Year-round tennis; cross- country skis, bicycles, paddleboats, and barbecues available. Boat, snowmobile and ice fishing hut rentals; riding stables, downhill and cross-country ski sites are only 20 to 40 minutes away. Casino gambling is 20 minutes away.

Each air-conditioned unit at Harbour Inn has a partial kitchen, cable TV and fireplace. Recommended adult occupancy for studio units is 2 persons. Even- numbered units do not have water view. LM units have full kitchen with dishwasher and are located one mile from the Inn and its amenities. Both locations have two floors and no elevators. Harbour Inn studio units OCC: max 4/pri 2 have 1 bath, a queen bed and a sleep sofa. 1BR units OCC: max 4/pri 2 have 1 bath a king bed or queen bed and a sleep sofa. LM 13 is a 1BRunit OCC: max 4/pri 4 has 1 bath, a king bed and a sleep sofa. LM 11, 15, 25 are 2BR units OCC: max 6/ pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and a sleep sofa. No pets are allowed. The resort cannot accommodate unit upgrades. For your convenience, the front desk is available 24 hours daily and check-in any time after4 pm. A credit card imprint is required at check-in. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. Pool and restaurant are closed from 4/8/06to 04/16/06. Also, tennis court hours reduced.

Toronto International Airport is less than100 miles away. From the airport, take Hwy 409 east to Hwy 401 east to Hwy 400 north past Barrie. Continue on Hwy 11 north to Orillia and south (east) on Hwy 12 to Brechin. In Brechin, turn right (west) at the light onto County Road 47. Continue straight for approximately 2.5 km or 1 mile to Lagoon City entrance, turn right on Laguna Parkway. Turn left on Poplar Cres. and follow to the end where the resort is located.

Urgent Information

The resort does not have an elevator and cannot accommodate unit upgrades or relocations. Ground floor units begin with a 1 and must be requested when booking with RCI. Luggage assistance is not available. The resort does not provide beach chairs, but does provide beach and pool towels. Credit card required at check in for security deposit. Cash deposits are not accepted. Pets are not allowed, a $250 fee is applied and pet must be removed if found. Smoking is prohibited in all interior areas of resort. Points guests checking in mid week may be subject to a $45 cleaning fee. LM units are located one mile from resort and its amenities. A car is essential in order to enjoy the area. Please note that there is no public transportation, car service or car rental in the town of Brechin. Taxis to and from the resort can be costly. The resort is located 2 hours from Toronto.
