(Swimming at Sandy Point is not always desirable; certain times of the year, the beach is bare, leaving exposed coral.)

The resort has a Beach Snack Bar Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath,a double murphy bed, 2 fixed sofa beds and 1 pull-out sofa bed. 1BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed, 2 fixed sofas and 2 pull-out sofas in living area. 2BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 4 have 2 baths (showers only), 1 queen bed, 2 fixed sofas or double bed and 4 bunk beds, US$200 deposit requested at check-in. The beach at the resort is a coral beddingbeach. Another beach is available 10 min. walk. Resort has 2 floors, no elevator.

Directions

The entrance of the Resort is from the perimeter road of Crown Point Airport. Reasonable ground transport is provided bythe resort (call:868/639-0820 to make arrangements). Taxi's are readily available. Some airlines terminate their flights in Trinidad, but there is an air- shuttle service between the two islands. An airport departure tax will be required at the end of your stay, and for some countries a visa might be required. A passport is always required. Cars can be rented through the resort and guided tours organized by Sandy Point Beach Club, as well as a shuttle service for golf, water sports and to the famous Pigeon Point beach
