Paradise is located on the southern end ofLake Tahoe, a half-mile from the lake. Seven marinas at the lake rent a complete line of powerboats and sailboats, ski equipment, and more. Other warm-weather activities include cycling, hiking, camping, golf, racquetball, tennis, and horseback riding. Winter sports include cross-country and downhill skiing at more than 20 ski areas within an hour's drive of the resort.

All units have a television, VCR, a microwave and a telephone. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 2 single futons. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 2 queen beds, 1 set of bunk beds & 2 single futons or 2 queen beds and 2 single futons. No pets are allowed. Ski lockers are provided. Shuttles to the casinos and city bus service are available; however, acar is recommended to fully enjoy your stay. Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. Tire chains are required by law during periods of heavy snowfall. There is a fee for some beach club amenities andactivities. Laundry facilities are available on site. The resort is two levels, no elevator. Ski seasons vary eachyear, contact the resort to verify dates. If you anticipate a late arrival, phone ahead for check-in instructions. There is a US$50 security deposit (cash or personal check) required at check-in and refunded at check-out.

The nearest major airport is Reno/Tahoe International in Reno, approximately 60 miles away. From the airport, take Highway 395 South through Carson City to Highway 50 West. Follow Highway 50 West through South Lake Tahoe to Ski Run Blvd. Turn left on Ski Run Blvd. Follow to Pioneer Trail (first traffic light) and turn right. Turn right again onto Blackwood and go to the second complex on the right. Coach bus service is available from the airport to the South Lake Tahoe area.
